The equipment adopts an integrated four-column high-strength fuselage, which undergoes aging stress relief treatment, ensuring stable rigidity, high pressing parallelism, and minimal eccentric load during the pressing process. Equipped with a PLC touch screen numerical control system, it can accurately set pressing pressure, stroke, and pressure holding time, with multi-stage process programs available for storage and calling. The equipment collects real-time pressure and displacement data, automatically generates pressing curves, and online judges whether the workpiece is qualified. Production data can be exported and stored, and it supports integration with MES systems to achieve full traceability of assembly quality.

It is equipped with pressure overload protection, safety gratings, and emergency stop buttons to prevent workpiece and operator injuries. The tonnage, stroke, and tooling can be customized according to motor specifications, with optional positioning fixtures and automatic feeding and unloading mechanisms, suitable for semi-automatic or fully automatic production lines.
